Please take note to use Philips screw driver to remove the wiring screws. Flat-head screw driver may be used but it is prone to damage/strip the screw surface. Kindly note that we will not be liable for any damage caused by customer due to incorrect tool or incorrect technique.

Q1:Do I need surface mounting box/base?
The chime requires a mounting box to secure the chime to the wall. You do not need to purchase the surface mounting box if you have existing one or concealed wall box.
